Warranty terms/conditions
The technical service will test the device according to the description of the problem in this form. After the evaluation of the technical service, the warranty status is determined. If the description of the problem is the same as stated in this form, the device (under warranty) will be repaired / replaced free of charge and returned to the customer. If the description of the problem differs from the problem on this form, or is damaged by delivery, we will contact the customer. If the device has no identifiable problem or you do not wish to have your device repaired outside of warranty, we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of 39.95 euros. Warranty repairs/replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
In the case of damage caused as a result of fall, impact or moisture damage, the repair costs of another defect may no longer be covered by the warranty. The warranty also expires when illegal software without the manufacturer's trademark is used.
Note: Do you have your device repaired or parts replaced by an external party? The warranty will then also expire.
The following points are not covered by the warranty:
- Defects after the warranty period
- Damage as a result of improper use by the user (broken/cracked parts and/or moisture damage)
- Broken SIM card reader
- All buttons on the device (home, volume and power buttons)
- Broken camera lens
- Damaged or dirty charging connector
- Loose parts (headphone jack)
Make sure you pack your device carefully. We are not responsible for a damaged or lost device as a result of shipping. Any damage or subsequent failure of the device due to improper packaging will result in additional costs for the repair/replacement of the device.
